About Rumukoroshe School
Diversity - Excellence - Enjoyment - Partnership - Learning
Our School
Rumukoroshe School founded in 1968 currently has an enrolment of approximately 75 children for the start of the 2025-26 academic year. Our aim is to provide a high standard of learning to ensure a comfortable transfer into either an international or Nigerian school system after leaving Rumukoroshe School. Indeed, our vision is to offer children the best learning opportunities possible and maintain Rumukoroshe School as a quality, learning focused school where children enjoy a challenging, well-rounded learning experience.

Exceptional Facilities
Children from many parts of the world attend our school. We recognise, and try to take advantage of the valuable contributions different cultural backgrounds can make to the education of every child in our 'international' school. We also make every reasonable effort to adapt to meet the specific requirements for children of all nationalities.

Innovative Curriculum
We provide a broad curriculum offering children opportunities to make learning enjoyable and relevant and to develop their knowledge, skills and understanding. We take advantage
of our gated environment to engage in real learning around the camp by visiting sites,
structures, environmental areas, the Renaissance club and exhibitions as they become available. The school also utilises latest research into Brain Friendly learning to improve its practices, where appropriate.
Holistic Development
The school is situated within the Renaissance Residential Area (RA) and is a one storey building consisting of classrooms, library, sports hall, science lab, kitchen, art studio, lunchroom, music room, playground & playing fields, offices and staffroom. All rooms are air-conditioned and fitted with air purifiers.
